CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jefferson Elementary Kindergarten teacher Nicole Powers was recognized by the Valley City School board for her efforts in the classroom on April 12th during a regular school board meeting.

Powers is described as a very supportive teacher who has a positive impact on her students.
