CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a registered sex offender is working at 5058 113th Ave SE, Kathryn, North Dakota.

23 year-old Anthony Arnold Schlecht is listed as a Moderate Risk; which was assigned by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee of the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office. He is required to register until April 26, 2041.

Schlecht was convicted in Burleigh County District Court in 2016 of Sexual Imposition a Class B Felony. The victim was a 17-year-old female.
