N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The James Valley Pheasants Forever club will be holding their annual fundraising banquet on March 31st at the KC Hall in Jamestown.
The group, which was founded in 2010, is a part of the national organization and is a non-profit conservation that focuses on the protection and enhancement of pheasants and other upland wildlife populations through habitat improvement, public awareness and education.
Ken McDougall is a member of the club. The banquet will help them raise money to continue with their numerous projects. In 2016, the club focused on two separate projects. One of those was their Precision Agriculture project.
McDougall also gave more information on their Pollinator Project.
The funds raised will allow the group to continue their many different projects in and around the area. Tickets for the fundraiser are $20 and available from any committee member of the group. Individuals must be a member of the James Valley Pheasants Forever club in order to attend.
