Allan Stinar, 51, passed away unexpectedly Saturday morning, February 4, 2017 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center, Jamestown, ND.
Tim was born on June 11, 1965 in Jamestown, ND and was the son of Ronald and Rose Stinar. His family moved to West Fargo in 1969, where he grew up and graduated from West Fargo High School. Tim attended Moorhead Technical College and worked at the Twin City Army Store in Fargo. He then relocated to Jamestown and managed The Mart and later Dakota Western Wear.
In 2008, he began working for Praxair and was recently promoted to manager. Tim was united in marriage to Shannan Johnson on October 5, 1996. They were blessed with two children, Max and Madi. He adored his wife and children. They were his everything.
Tim enjoyed camping, fishing, watching sports, playing darts, and games with his family and friends. He also loved telling stories and sharing memories.
Tim was a proud father and husband. He was a friend to everyone and enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He will be forever missed but never forgotten.
Tim is survived by his wife, Shannan; two children, Max and Madi; father, Ronald Stinar, West Fargo; sisters, Linda (LeRoy) Rieniets, West Fargo, Wanda (John) Caron, La Quinta, CA, Cheryl (Bob) Abelmann, West Fargo, and Laura (Doug) Roerick, West Fargo; brother, Cory (Connie) Stinar, West Fargo; mother-in-law, Arlene Johnson, Jamestown; sister-in-law, Stephanie (Brian) Zimprich, Lisbon, ND; and many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Rose Stinar, and his father-in-law, Robert Johnson.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Victory Lutheran Brethren Church, Jamestown.
Visitation: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Williams Funeral Home, Jamestown.
Prayer Service: 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Williams Funeral Home, Jamestown.
Interment: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, ND.
