N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Regional Medical Center’s newest doctor specializes in feet.

Dr. Rachael Renschler is the newest addition to the JRMC this year. She is a skilled podiatrist and specializes in advanced procedures in podiatry care.

Dr. Renschler specializes in arthroscopic ankle surgery, arthritis of the foot and ankle, total ankle replacement, reconstruction and Achilles tendon injuries.

Originally from Florida, Dr. Renschler attended and received her doctorate from Des Moines University in Iowa. She stated that podiatry wasn’t really what she first decided she wanted to go to school for.

When it comes to her philosophy, Dr. Renschler believes that it’s the patients who are in control of their health.
