N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Crews will be taking out the ice covered streets of Jamestown beginning Friday morning.

The City of Jamestown announced today that crews will begin attempting to remove and scrape ice from residential streets and avenues beginning Friday morning during normal working hours. The crews will begin at around 7:00 AM and finish around 3:30 PM the same day.

“One motor grader will be working in each quadrant of the City,” they say in a release. “Please be aware of large ice chunks and equipment in the roadways during this time.”

Schedules are contingent upon changing weather conditions.
