CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two Force Main breaks to the sanitary sewer system near the Gaukler Family Wellness Center happened back in June and December of 2016.

KLJ Engineer Michael Strom says couplings caused the break. He says they needed to be one inch in diameter and were less than the required size.

Valley City Administrator David Schelkoph said the final results of this investigation will be released at a later date.
