CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Valley City High School Principal Kristi Brandt was named the Region 6 Secondary Principal of the Year. 

Brandt was selected by her colleagues in southeastern North Dakota and will be a candidate for North Dakota Secondary Principal of the Year, to be named later this spring.

Superintendent Josh Johnson said everyone in the Valley City School District and throughout this community congratulate Kristi Brandt for this honor.
