CITY (NewsDakota.com) – On January 7th, the VCHS Hi-Lites dance team competed in the UDA Spirit of America Regionals held at the Mall of America. This competition included teams from many states with over 135 dances judged that day.  Varsity was awarded 3rd place in Medium Varsity Hip Hop, 6th in Medium Varsity Jazz and 8th place in Varsity High Kick.  The JV brought home trophies for 6th in JV Jazz and 2nd in JV Kick.   Both teams are competing in Kick for the first time in many years.
