N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Archery Deer and Pheasant season is winding down and will wrap up this weekend in North Dakota.
Game & Fish Biologist Doug Leier reports that pheasant and archery deer hunters wanting to get out one more time will have the chance this weekend across the state.
A recent arctic blast has left the state in below zero temperatures, which have made for some great ice fishing conditions. But with a potential warm up to the mid-teens and lower 20’s, hunters will have a chance to fill that deer tag.
Leier also stated that this cold weather is what has really been needed for the winter anglers.
