(NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown High girls hockey team battled Mandan right to the end in a game last night at Wilson Arena. The Jays had a chance to tie it at two early in the third, but eventually fell 4-2.
Elly Millender had a chance to tie, but hit the post on what would have been her second goal of the game. Mandan got two quick goals following that and pushed their lead to 4-1.
Jamestown is on the road at Dickinson on Saturday.
