N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – One of the biggest things that the University of Jamestown wants to accomplish and continue at is increasing their connection with the community. One of the best ways they will be doing so is through social media.
Social Media Specialist Josh Knutson states that their focus has allowed them to broaden their reach to the students and outlying communities.

Knutson works with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube to continually provide the latest updates with the University. Knutson stated that they also focus on keeping up with alumni.

Knutson says they are doing several projects to provide more information on the University and life on campus. He says they’re doing a sort of Freshman documentary, Jimmie Connections and Road Tripping with Bob, a play on Carpool Karaoke with James Corden and the Late, Late Show.
Knutson pointed out that they have also set up a notification system for community and sporting events at the University.
