CITY, N.D. – (NewsDakota.com) Public works crews continue to clean emergency routes and commercial areas of the city and some residential areas according to Valley City Administrator David Schelkoph following another winter storm that hit the region.

Schelkoph says it takes city crews about 36 hours to make one run through the city and they will continue to clean snow out over the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile Valley City Fire Chief Gary Retterath is reminding residents to clear snow away from their gas meters and city fire hydrants as more snow piles up across the city.
