CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Valley City Public Schools would like to thank all of the students and staff members who participated in ringing the bell during the VCPS Red Kettle Competition on Wednesday, December 21st.
Superintendent Josh Johnson said with your generosity VCPS students and staff raised $3000 for the Barnes County Salvation Army. So thanks again for all your help.
Johnson said the Jr/Sr High School is the winner with the most donations but it was a close competition.
He said there will be an announcement made after school is back in session this coming January about the assembly and where the winner will get to pie their competitors.
