N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two Jamestown residents have been accused of the November 19th robbery of the M&H convenience store.

Blaine Rosemore, 28, and Kayla Kluckman, 23, are charged with criminal conspiracy to commit theft of property and theft of property, both class C felonies.

According to police, Kluckman was an employee at the store at the time of the early morning Saturday robbery and was opening the store. She called police to report the robbery and stated she was assaulted by a masked man who ordered her into the store when he displayed a gun. The man, who is allegedly Rosemore, then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Both Rosemore and Kluckman have cooperated in the investigation. A class C felony has a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
