N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – On December 15th from 2 p.m. until 3:50 p.m., University of Jamestown Health Psychology students will host a free health fair for the community.

Attendees will learn about how to prevent common health problems and improve health. The fair will be held in the foyer of the University of Jamestown Reiland Auditorium.

Students will staff posters that highlight peer-reviewed information and practical tips on how to stay healthy. Each poster will have a fun interactive activity for attendees to partake in. Topics include: optimism, improving sleep, foam rolling, stress relief techniques, improving handwashing, strength training, nutrition, and more.
