CITY, N.D. – (NewsDakota.com) Firefighters responded to a call at a Valley City home on Wednesday, December 14th around 12:45pm.

Fire Chief Gary Retterath said the homeowner reported sparks and smoke coming from an electrical panel at 465 3rd street southeast. He said no injuries were reported.

In other news, Barnes County and Sanborn Fire and Rescue crews responded to a rollover on I-94 near the Eckelson exit on Tuesday, December 13th around 2:40pm.

Retterath said two people escaped serious injury and refused treatment at the scene of the crash.
