N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Fire Crews were contacted last night for a fire that had occurred at the University of Jamestown.
A call was received at 9:49 PM Tuesday night for needed crews at Kroeze Hall on campus for a washing machine fire. Lt. Sheldon Mohr stated that the cause was a burnt belt from overloading. No other damage was reported and the department extracted the smoke.
Four units and 29 fire fighters were on scene for about 30 minutes.
