(NewsDakota.com)- Three 1st place finishes helped The Valley City High School Wrestling Team take 3rd at The Knights of Columbus Tournament Saturday in Jamestown. The Hi-Liners scored a 107.5 to finish behind 2nd place Davies and 1st place Moorhead.

Parker Larson (126), Jake Tangen (182) and Jaden Oestern (220) were each individual champions. Finishing runner up was Jared Undem (138) and Logan Erlandson (170). Jonathan Langer took 3rd at 145 and Sage Kvien 5th at 160. In the JV ranks Austin Rogelstad won the 106 pound class, Cade Powers was 4th at 195 pounds. 

Next up for The Hi-Liners is an EDC Dual Tuesday against Wahpeton at The HAC.
