(NewsDakota.com) Allison Giesler and Katie Entzi each scored a dozen points as the Rebels of Edgeley-Kulm-Montpelier won in their first game of the season; a 40-36 victory at Lisbon Friday night.
The Rebels outscored the Broncos 16-4 in the first quarter, and were up 11 at halftime. The Broncos did rally to trail only by six after three, but fell short by four in the end.
Elizabeth Lyons netted 23 points for the Broncos (1-1), who will host Hankinson Tuesday. EKM welcomes South Border Monday.
