(NewsDakota.com) – The 2016-17 Blue Jay girls hockey team played it’s season and home opener on Monday night at Wilson Arena and suffered a 10-0 defeat to Fargo North/South/Shanley.

F-N-S-S scored four goals in the first five minutes of the game and never looked back, out shooting the Jays 46-8. Graysen Myers, Hannah Dorsey and Anna Erickson each scored a pair of goals.

Jamestown Sophomore Goalie Erin Anderson came up with 36 saves.
