N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – As the Jamestown Regional Airport awaits their 10,000th passenger, they continue to focus on projects to improve their services.
Airport Manager Samuel Seafeldt reports that there are still some projects that are finishing up this year and another project they have prepared for the Spring of 2017.
Seafeldt also pointed out that the boarding gate waiting area has been needing a size increase and there are plans to address that this December.
The airport is also looking at another wetland mitigation project in the springtime next year.
Seafeldt reported last week that the airport is hoping to reach their 10,000th passenger this week. If the airport does so, they will have the potential to receive nearly $1 million in funding for improvement projects.
