CITY, N.D. – (NewsDakota.com) 20 new condominiums are opening on 2nd Street Northwest in Valley City.

Pinnacle condominiums developer Bob Bergan renovated an existing structure that was vacant for years.

Bergan said more than 300 people toured the facility during the Grand Opening on Saturday, November 19th and more on Sunday, November 20th.
