N.D. – (NewsDakota.com) A lucky North Dakota Powerball player won 0,000 with a Power Play ticket in Saturday night’s drawing by matching four white balls and the Powerball. The winning numbers were 16, 24, 28, 43, 61 and the Powerball was 21. The Power Play multiplier was 2.
The ticket was sold at RJ’s Tesoro in West Fargo. The prize was $50,000, but the player had also purchased the Power Play option, that ticket is worth $100,000.
“North Dakota Powerball players have been extremely lucky this year. This is the seventh Powerball prize this year, fifth since July 13, 2016, worth $50,000 or more,” said Randy Miller, director of the North Dakota Lottery. “We encourage players to promptly check their numbers and sign the back of their tickets.” Winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.
