CITY, N.D. – (NewsDakota.com) Heritage Insurance, a locally owned family Insurance agency is giving back to the community by donating 18 turkeys to local organizations.

Heritage Insurance was part of a contest sponsored by North Star Mutual out of Cottonwood, Minnesota in which companies could win turkeys based on their new business production.

Heritage was awarded 18 turkeys from this contest and chose to donate them to Churches United for the Homeless in Moorhead, Minnesota and the Barnes County Food Pantry in Valley City.

“We are proud to be a part of these communities and are happy to be able to give back,” said Becky Bjerke, President of Heritage Insurance.  “We hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and Holiday Season.”
