CITY, N.D. – (NewsDakota.com) 20 upscale condominiums are opening on 2nd Street Northwest in Valley City this week.

Pinnacle condominiums developer Bob Bergan renovated an existing structure that was vacant for years. He talked about the new facility with reporter Steve Urness.

Bergan said a Grand Opening of the Pinnacle condominiums Saturday, November 19th from 10am to 2pm and Sunday, November 20th from noon to 4pm.

The original structure was built shortly after World War II as a turkey processing plant for Land O’ Lakes.

After the processing plant closed, Arkota Industries purchased it to build furniture and it later became the Mr. Spindle Company.
