CITY, N.D. – (NewsDakota.com) Thanks to everyone who supported the Valley City High School Student Council’s Stuff a Truck Food Drive.

In partnership with Marketplace Foods, the Valley City School District and the community we were able to deliver over 2,200 food items and over $1,600 to the Barnes County Food Pantry on November 10th to help fill their holiday food boxes said Student Council Advisor Penny Peterson. She said this is more than just a feel-good project. “It’s real and will impact many families.”

Peterson said, if you missed out on the donation drive, you can always drop off donations at the Barnes County Food Pantry, located in the Barnes County Senior Center in Valley City.
