CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Barnes County Auditor Beth Didier said 5,444 ballots were cast in the 2016 general election on November 8th in Barnes County.

She said some 170 people cast their ballots per hour during the election in the Barnes County Courthouse in Valley City.

In the 2012 presidential election 5,500 ballots cast in Barnes County according to Auditor Beth Didier.
