N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Stutsman County Auditor’s Office has the early absentee numbers of voters in the county.

According to the office, 12% of all eligible voters cast an early, absentee or mail vote before the Friday deadline. 2,395 residents out of the 19,963 in the county voted. A majority of early voters were ages 55-64 with 687 voters. There was also 62 voters between the ages of 18-24.

Stutsman County Auditor Casey Bradley estimates a total of 80 to 90 percent of county voters to cast a ballot during this election. The official polling site will be at the Jamestown Civic Center from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Normal rural precincts will be Medina, Pingree, and Kensal.
