CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) John Allyn Parker has been assigned as a moderate risk level by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee. Parker is required to register until 2040.

According to a Barnes County Sheriff’s office news release, Parker is now registered as living at 510 8th Ave, Oriska, ND. He is employed at Malach USA in Valley City.
 
The 39 year-old white male is 6’00’’ and 280 pounds with Brown Hair and Brown Eyes.

The news release says Parker was convicted in June 2015 in Dawson County District Court, Montana of Sexual Abuse of Children. His victim was a 13-year-old female.

Parker is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. Any use of this information to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender will result in prosecution.
