CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) The city of Valley City received the 2015 Water Fluoridation Quality Award from the North Dakota Department of Health recently.

Water Treatment Plant Supervisor Wade Hesch and his employees were recognized by city officials for the award and their hard work during a city commission meeting on November 1st.
