ND – (NewsDakota.com) Epsilon Sigma Phi, the Extension Service honorary organization, presented awards earlier this month during the North Dakota State University Extension Service/Research Extension Center fall conference in Fargo.

Joe Breker, Havana, N.D., farmer, who cooperates with Extension on no-and reduced-tillage, cover crop and soil health demonstrations, field days and workshops.
Arlene Dura, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program director, N.D. Department of Human Services, Bismarck, who supports SNAP’s educational component, Extension’s Family Nutrition Program.
Durward and Phyllis Otterness, Tower City, who have been 4-H and dairy production leaders for more than 50 years.
Russ Tweiten, vice president of agribusiness consulting and succession and retirement planning, AgCountry Farm Credit Services, Fargo, who has been instrumental in supporting Extension’s Design Your Succession Plan programming.
