N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Marksmanship Education Range has reportedly found potential land for their project.

According to Curt Kaseman, President of the Board of Directors for the range, Woodbury Township would be holding a meeting to rezone property for the range.

“This will be the deciding factor whether or not the Jamestown Marksmanship Education Range will be built,” Kaseman stated in an e-mail.

The JMER Board has been seeking land over the course of the summer. It will be up to the public to voice their support for the facility. A meeting will be held on November 4th at 7:00 PM at the Knights of Columbus in Jamestown to learn more. It will be free and open to the public.
