N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Department of Transportation has moved the date of the ribbon cutting ceremony to October 26th at 1 PM.

The ceremony will be held at the east Jct. of North Dakota Highway 200 and US Highway 52 in Carrington. Project Manager Nathan Haaland stated that the roundabout is part of an extensive $20 million renovation to Highway 52.

During construction, Haaland says there has been some confusion for motorists using the roundabout, but that it seemed to be running smoothly.

Construction cost for the roundabout is around $3 million. Speakers during the ribbon cutting include Mayor Neil Fandrich, NDDOT Director Grant Levi and several other state and local officials.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be held inside the Carrington Armory.
