COUNTY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An Ipswich, South Dakota man was injured after failing to yield to a semi on Highway 46 Saturday morning.

Keith Wurtz, 27, was injured after failing to yield crossing 129th Avenue Southeast in Ransom County. He was t-boned by a semi, driven by Travis Dagman, 26, of Enderlin. Dagman was not injured in the incident and Wurtz was transported to Lisbon Hospital for his injuries. He was later life-flighted to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo.

Wurtz was charged with failure to yield. The crash remains under investigation.
