N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – On Friday, September 30th, the Carrington Chamber Ambassadors took a tour and viewed all the new things that the Carrington Youth Center had added.
The Youth Center provides space for the area youth and also houses a movie theater for adults and children. It’s also used for meetings of the boy scouts, girl scouts, 4-H and other organizations. Carrington Chamber Executive Director Laurie Dietz stated that the ambassadors were impressed with the newly renovated space.
Dietz also congratulated Linda Shuster and Linda Durzma for their continued efforts towards the Youth Center.
The center also houses a bowling alley, which was opened to the public in July 2008. You can find more information about the Carrington Youth Center here.
