CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Police Department has announced a press conference where they will announce the results of their current Internal Investigation.

The investigation was held after accusations were leveled against former Police Lt. David Swenson, who resigned on July 7th of this year. When the accusations were filed, Police Chief Fred Thompson stated that there had been no criminal allegations against Swenson.
