Valley City’s playoff push begins Friday with their longest road trip of the season in contest against Stanley/Powers Lake. The Blue Jays ended their winless streak with a 42-18 victory over Central Dakota. Quarterback Wyatt Hanson had 7 completions out of 11 attempts for 110 yards and 2 touchdowns. He connected with Dalton Brown for a 36 yard touchdown and with Michael Gunderson for a 10 yard score in the 3rd quarter.
