N.D.  (NewsDakota.com)  In a game that featured nine touchdowns, a punt return and a kickoff return for touchdowns, the Blue Jays of Stanley/Powers Lake defeat the Titans of Central Dakota 42-18 on Saturday afternoon in the AA West.  CD drops to 0-5 and 0-3 in the Region, SPL improves to 1-4 and 1-2 in the Region.  

Seth Horn, Braden Tripp and Lawton Allen all rushed for a touchdown for the Titans on Saturday.  The Titans took the lead with just under three minutes left in the second quarter after Tripp rushed in from 2 yards out on an 80-yard drive, making the score 12-6.  But on the ensuing play, Senior Running back Tate Enget ran 60 yards for the touchdown untouched , the two point conversion was good making it 14-12 Blue Jays.  The Blue Jays scored the next four touchdowns of the game including an 80-yard punt return touchdown by Logan Aadnes with under one minute left in the second quarter.  Later in the third quarter, Enget would run back an 80-yard kickoff return for his second touchdown of the game.  

Junior QB Wyatt Hanson had seven completions out of 11 attempts for 110 yards and two touchdowns.  He connected with Dalton Brown for a 36-yard TD and with Michael Gunderson for a 10 yard TD in the third quarter.  All nine touchdowns were scored in the first three quarters, none in the fourth.

Senior QB David Fletcher had three rushes for 12 yards and passed 3/9 for 47 yards and one interception.
