CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) The weather was perfect as hundreds of riders in the region participated in the 9-11 tribute ride that started in Valley City and ended with a supper and gathering after the ride was completed in the city of bridges.

Before the ride started several tributes were made to those emergency personal members who lost their live 15 years ago trying to bring people to safety before the twin towers collapsed in New York City back in 2001.

Here are a few highlights from the opening ceremony held in front of the Valley City Fire Hall on September 11th of 2016. All photos by Steve Urness.
