CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) The city of Valley City is offering a ,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for vandalizing the flood wall in Valley City. Anyone with information should call the police department at 845-3110.

Police Chief Fred Thompson says vandals spray painting the new flood wall early Saturday morning with messages like “smoke crack with satan”, “inject meth” and an obscenity that said “Blank” the police.

City officials removed the obscenities from the flood wall a few hours after the incident was reported to police.
