CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Motorists have had to deal with a lot of detours in Valley City this summer as a record amount of repaving and other street related repair projects are underway in Valley City.
Several streets are closed due to the construction, but one project in the heart of Valley City wrapped up recently along 2nd street northeast between the Post Office and City Hall in Valley City.
