N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A brief, but strong storm rolled through the area Monday evening.
The Bismarck National Weather Service reports that the system that rolled through parts of Central North Dakota were hit hard with over three inches of rain in some areas.
Meteorologist Jeff Schild reports that the storm kept developing and re-developing over the area, which caused the storm to be a lot bigger. Schild stated that a wide variety of hail was also reported across several counties with the largest hail size being reported in Robinson.
Several funnel clouds were also spotted with the storm as it continued eastward.
More storms may hit the area Wednesday and Thursday. Stay tuned to your local Ingstad Family Media station for constant weather coverage.
