RIVER FALLS, MN – (NewsDakota.com) A deadly crash in northwestern Minnesota Saturday night left two people dead when a car ran a stop sign and hit a van. It happened at highway 59 and county road 3 near Thief River Falls, Minnesota.
The State Patrol says 33-year old Michael Buckley of Fargo was driving the car. Buckley and 25-year old Amber Danzeisen of West Fargo died of injuries suffered in the crash. One-year old Kie Schultes of West Fargo was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
An Andover, Minnesota woman who was driving the van, her newborn child and a 3-year old child were not hurt in the crash.
