N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Department of Transportation has begun road construction on the James River Bridge between Oakes and Ellendale.
The work on Highway 11 consists of replacing the structure on the Maple River Bridge and decking on the James River Bridge. Traffic will be shifted onto a temporary roadway while work continues. Flaggers may be present and motorists may experience some delays.
