City, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Bridges to Community opened a community resource office in the City County Health District office in Valley City. Bridges to Community seeks to support wellness & empower all persons new to Valley City.

New Americans includes foreign-born individuals, their children and families, who seek to become fully integrated into their new community in the United States. Bridges to Community will provide access to English language instruction, medical and dental providers, health insurance options, employers as well as housing options.

In addition, Bridges to Community seeks to help New Americans integrate into Valley City, through establishing relationships with long-time residents.
