He says, so far this year more than million in building permits have been pulled and more projects are about to start.
In 2015, Valley City recorded more than $35 million in building permits. In 2014, the city reported more than $12 million in permits.
A total of $50 million in building permits were pulled in Barnes County and Valley City in 2015.
