CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) The former mayor of Valley City issued a statement about a philosophy that could save the city money concerning engineering fees associated with future city road projects.
Bob Werkhoven is a retired professional engineer who worked for the North Dakota Department of Transportation for decades. He says a Quality Control/Quality Assurance engineering philosophy adopted by the North Dakota Department of Transportation more than 20 years ago has saved the state money and he believes it could work right here in Valley City.
