(NewsDakota.com) An Oakes man has been sentenced to five years in prison and seven years probation after pleading guilty to three felony counts from a December incident.
22 year old Allec Anderson changed pleas Tuesday on Class C felony counts of Felonious Restraint, Terrorizing, and Aggravated Assault.
The original complaint filed in Dickey County District Court in December alleged Anderson drugged, raped and choked a 37 year old woman on December 12 or 13, and then threatened to kill her if she went to police.
Judge Daniel Narum also ordered Anderson to pay $5,000 in restitution, and Anderson was credited 173 days for time served.
