(NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown High baseball team had their season ended by the defending state champs in a loser-out game in the WDA baseball tournament. Mandan’s Mason Huntley twirled a two-hit shutout as the Braves picked up a 4-0 win.
Jamestown finished their two games in the tournament with just three total hits. They were one-hit by Mason Fode on Thursday. Nolan Kratz had both hits against Mandan, while Dawson Douty had the solo hit against Bismarck.
The Jays season ends at 14-20.
